We are currently able to accept membership applications for customers residing in: AK, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI(Oahu only), IL, LA, MN, MO, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, TX, VA, WA, WI, and WY.
Online applicants in AZ, CO, GA, NY, OH, and TX will be contacted to verify their date of birth via Photo ID before an order can be fulfilled.
Your wine will be available for pick-up from the winery for 30 days following the release date. If not picked up, your will wine will be shipped to the shipping address on file. You will be billed applicable shipping fees.
Wines not delivered or picked up within 60 days after the commencement of a wine club release will be returned to inventory and a store credit issue.
An adult of at least 21 years of age is required to sign at the time of delivery or the carrier will not leave the package.
Online store orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will not qualify for “Shipping Included” orders but will be offered a reduced shipping rate at our discretion.
Wine Club Member must notify us of changes in Billing or Shipping addresses at least 15 days prior to the Club billing date.
Wiens Family Cellars will bill your credit card bi-monthly for each wine club shipment including applicable taxes and shipping costs.
You will be notified of upcoming shipments with a postcard mailed to the billing address on file and an email to the email address on file. Other notifications will be by email sent to the email address on file. It is up to the member to confirm that the billing, shipping, and email addresses are correct. If notifications are not being received, the Wine Club Member must notify us of the correct address and/or email address. Release information will also be posted online on our website www.wienscellars.com. Unsubscribing to any of our emails will prevent all future emails until we are notified that you wish to re-subscribe.
To update your Wine Club information, we have the following methods in place.

Please note: the information included in your user account for the online store is only used for online orders, not Wine Club. Any updates made there will not update your Wine Club account.
It is the wine club member’s responsibility to notify Wiens Family Cellars to cancel membership or change billing and shipping information. These changes need to be made at least 5 days prior to the billing date of any club allocation. The member may cancel their membership any time after receiving the first wine club shipment, but cannot cancel any shipment within 10 days prior to the shipping date.
