SHIPPING POLICY

If you place an order on our website, you warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.

We are currently able to ship online orders for customers residing in:
AK, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI(Oahu Only), IL, LA, MN, MO, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY

Please note some of these states may have further restrictions that may prevent us from shipping your wine. ALL NEW customers and customers in AZ, CO, GA, NY, OH, TX will be contacted to verify their date of birth via Photo ID before an order can be fulfilled.

An adult of at least 21 years of age is required to sign at the time of delivery or the shipping company will not leave the package.

Complimentary shipping to the Contiguous USA is for online orders over $125 after all discounts have been applied but excludes taxes and assessments.

Online store orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will not qualify for included shipping on orders but will be offered a reduced shipping rate at our discretion. Shipping included promotions are for online orders only. Wine Club shipments will not qualify for Shipping Included promotions.

Online in-store will call option is not available.

All California and Nevada orders will be shipped via General Logistics Systems (GLS) unless requested otherwise. All other orders will be shipped via United Parcel Services (UPS)

RETURN POLICY

Returns are not allowed on any alcohol purchases shipped or removed from our premises. If you have a problem with your shipment, please contact our customer service by phone 951-694-9892 or email info@wienscellars.com.

CHILDREN

Family is a part of our name and we are committed to that. We do, however, have certain events, activities, and locations that we only allow adults of 21+. These adult areas include our wine club rooms, the Barrel and Cellar Rooms. Pickup Parties and most ticketed events are also intended to be 21+ because of the alcohol. Please check the event description for age restrictions. Children supervised by an adult can be in the Main tasting room and on the patio. Children should be supervised at all times and may be asked to leave if causing disturbances or property damage.

PET POLICY

We strive to make our winery a pleasant environment for all of our guests. To help accomplish this, only qualified service animals per ADA regulations who are trained to provide a specific duty are allowed to accompany guests inside of our buildings. All other pets, including emotional support animals must remain outside. All animals should be leashed, harnessed, or controlled as appropriate and should be accompanied by an owner at all times. Guests are responsible for their pets and need to clean up after them. Any pet that is a disturbance or danger to other guests will not be allowed to remain on the property.

WINE CLUB CANCELLATION POLICY

It is the wine club member’s responsibility to notify Wiens Family Cellars to cancel or change billing and shipping information. These changes should be made at least 5 days prior to the billing date of the wine club allocation. The member may cancel their membership any time after receiving the first shipment, but cannot cancel any shipment within 10 days of the shipping date.
