WARM WEATHER POLICY FOR WINE CLUB MEMBERS

At Wiens Cellars, we’re committed to protecting the quality of your wine—especially during the summer months. We now offer two flexible shipping options to give you peace of mind and control over your membership.

Applicable Months:

Reds & Mixed: June, August, October

Whites & Select: May, July, September

1. Summer Hold Program (Hot-State Shipping Option)

Avoid shipping wine during high heat months. Here’s how it works:

You’ll be charged your normal club amount in the summer

Instead of shipping immediately, your charge becomes a credit

In October or November, we’ll reach out so you can choose your wines

Your wines will be shipped together, safely and with free shipping

2. Summer Will-Call Membership Option

Prefer to hold your wines on-site?

Switch to Will-Call for the summer months

We’ll hold your wines for two months at the winery

If you can’t pick up, we’ll convert the value into credits you can use later

How to Opt In

To enroll in either option, simply:

Email our Wine Club Team at customerservice@wienscellars.com, or

Fill out a Member Change Form when in our Tasting Room.

All orders—whether placed online or in the tasting room—ship the next business day unless a future ship date is selected at checkout.
