As part of our 25th Anniversary Celebration, we invite you to an exclusive Cellar Room experience.
For two days only, we’re unveiling five unreleased wines not available in our tasting room. This is your only opportunity to taste—and purchase—these limited-production releases before their official debut, placing you among the first to experience the next chapter of Wiens Cellars.
Each wine is paired with chef-driven bites by Chef Dylan Soro and Chef Mario Amaral of Savage Chef, designed to highlight the structure, aromatics, and texture of each pour for a fully immersive experience.
