Bright and expressive, our 2024 Sauvignon Blanc opens with vibrant aromas of lemon drop and jasmine, followed by a burst of passionfruit and citrus zest on the palate. Crisp acidity and a refreshing finish make this wine both lively and elegant—perfect for warm days, fresh fare, and easy sipping.
DOUBLE GOLD WINNER
Opening with a full spectrum of aromas reminiscent of rosemary, black plum and lilac, our Reserve Syrah unwinds further, showing notes of blueberry pie and vanilla bean on the palate with supple tannins on the finish.
This Iberian variety is very well suited for our Mediterranean climate, which makes it an obvious choice for us to utilize. While the floral, honey notes are still present and appreciated, they are balanced nicely with grassy, herbal notes, and a light, crisp finish.
Our Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon emerges from the confluence of our most esteemed vineyards. This exquisite blend harmoniously weaves the tapestry of premium fruit, each vineyard contributing its unique strength to a final masterpiece of complexity and unity.
As the name suggests, our 2021 Bare Knuckle Petite Sirah holds no punches. Spicy cracks of black pepper hit your senses, building into a dense blueberry core. A heavy, full bodied tannin structure lays out the finish with notes of vanilla bourbon lingering on the palate.
The legacy of Wiens lives on, bigger and better than ever before.

A little ASMR on this National White Wine Day 🥂 Simple recipe (& wine pairing) below!
For those slower summer days much like today! Elevate the next bottle of our 2023 Chardonnay you bring home, with this dish.
Recipe below:
2 large eggs, 2 egg yolks
1/3 cup pecorino romano (plus more for serving)
12 oz pancetta
2 ears of corn cut off the cob
1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
10 sprigs fresh thyme
5 garlic cloves finely chopped
1 shallot finely chopped
Hot honey
Olive oil
Red pepper flakes
1 lb pappardelle
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In baking dish, add halved cherry tomatoes, 2 TBL olive oil, chopped garlic, 1 TBL hot honey, pinch of red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine and bake for about 30 minutes or until you start to see some caramelization.
Boil water for pasta.
In a bowl, combine the eggs/egg yolks, 1/3 cup of grated pecorino romano, salt, and LOTS of pepper.
In a pan, brown the pancetta. Once crisp, remove from pan with slotted spoon.
Drain off some of the fat and leave about 2 TBL in pan. Add the corn and shallot to the drippings and cook for about 4 minutes until it starts to brown.
Add 1 TBL fresh thyme leaves, pinch of red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper and stir. Turn off the heat. Take out a spoonful of corn for garnish. Once the tomatoes are done roasting, add to the pan.
Once water is boiling, salt pasta water and cook 1 minute short of al dente. Save a cup of the starchy pasta water.
Start cooking your shrimp however you’d like at this point!
Add the pappardelle directly to the pot with the corn and tomato mixture. Stir to combine. Add the egg mixture and vigorously stir. Add about 1/4 cup pasta water to help create a silky sauce and keep stirring. If sauce is too thick, add more pasta water. Once the sauce looks creamy and coats the pasta (about 1 minute), you’re good to go!
To garnish, add grated cheese, corn, pancetta, shrimp and pepper.
