Wine Club FAQ


In which months are wine club shipments released?

Reds & Mixed Clubs
February, April, June, August, October, and December

Winemaker's Select Club
January, March, May, July, September, and November


How long do I have to pick-up my will call package?

Your wine will be available for pick-up from the winery for 30 days following the release date. If not picked up, your wine will be shipped to the shipping address on file. You will be billed applicable shipping fees.

Wines not delivered or picked up within 60 days after the commencement of a wine club release will be returned to inventory and a store credit issued.


What happens if I'm not available to sign for my wine club package and it is returned to the winery?

We can re-ship your wine if you would like and you will be billed applicable shipping fees. You also have the option to pick up your package from the winery. Wines not delivered or picked up within 60 days after the commencement of a wine club release will be returned to inventory and a store credit issued.

Please Note: Someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package when UPS makes the delivery. UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver the package before returning it to the winery. Shipping fees are typically $13 - $15 depending on the shipping address.


When will my card be charged?

Wiens Family Cellars wil bill your credit card for the selected amount of wine at the beginning of the shipment month for each shipment plus taxes and applicable shipping costs. Please note it is your responsibility to notify Wiens Family Cellars to cancel or change billing or shipping information prior to the billing date. 


How can I make changes to my wine club account preferences?

To make any changes to your wine club preferences including shipping address, delivery method, or billing information please use this Membership Change Form for a quick way to send a change request to our wine club department. 


How will I be notified about my wine club release?

You will receive an email (if provided) and postcard to let you know about each upcoming wine club shipment. It is our goal to serve you as best we can, so please let us know if you do not receive your postcard card and/or email prior to the shipment.


How many people can I bring in for wine tasting with my membership?

Wine club members receive complimentary wine tasting (glass not included) for themselves and one guest anytime you visit our tasting room. Glass not included. You may purchase a VIP tasting for additional guests. Wine Club members and guests (no more than 6 people total) may enjoy their wine tasting in the barrel room on the weekends.


Are children allowed at the winery?

Absolutely. We are a family owned winery and understand that you may like to bring your children to the winery, however the Cellar Room is reserved for those 21 and over.


Can I bring guests to the pick-up party?


You may bring one guest at no charge and a maximum of 2 additional guests at $20 each. (4 total people including the member).

*Gold cards are not accepted for wine club pick-up parties.


Why don't I receive your emails?

There may be several reasons why you don't see our emails. Some of the steps you can take include:

*  Check your Junk or Spam folders - if the email is there, move it to your inbox and "whitelist" the message if that  option is available.  (It may also be in a Promotions folder.)

*  Add our emailing address to your contacts: 

*  If you previously Unsubscribed to our emails, send us an email to request to be Resubscribed. We will forward that to our email service.  Send the Resubscribe request to

*  Contact us to verify your email address and ask to have your address "Debounced" if needed
