Limited to 40 tickets, this dinner will be our most intimate dinner yet! You will enjoy a fresh and unique meal made 100% from local farms that will be perfectly paired with some of our favorite wines.

Upon arrival, you will be treated to wine and appetizers in our Cellar Room.  Next is a behind the scenes Harvest Tour with our Winemaker, Joe Wiens. After the tour, enjoy a four-course dinner paired with delicious Wiens wine served outside in our gorgeous Vineyard View area under the stars.  When you head home, you will go with a mini CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) box with some ingredients used in the dinner.

 

Passed Appetizer:

2018 Rosé of Barbera paired with Pasturebird Farms roasted chicken salad, caramelized donut peach, sweet carmen chili, carrot vinaigrette, spicy mixed greens, cherry sungold tomato 

 

Plated Dinner:

2018 Chardonnay paired with Baja Lane snapper escabeche, Armenian cucumber, apple, Anaheim chili, baby russet potatoes

2017 Syrah paired with Superior Farms Rack of Lamb, whipped Yukon gold, crispy candy onion, charred shishito, pink peppercorn jus

2017 Refugio Cabernet paired with Santa Carota Farms short rib, creamed kale trio, pickled squash, Refugio plum reduction

2017 Reserve Sangiovese paired with Gypsy Crumbs dark chocolate fig and citrus tart with raw almond and pecan crust
