This Dinner’s Menu
Starter:
Blanc de Blancs paired with petit lobster beignet-fruit sauce, seared fava-bean risotto cake and grilled maple leaf farms crostini.
Main:
2019 San Ignacio Malbec and 2019 Waxman Cabernet Sauvignon paired with grilled American Wagyu slider, truffle aioli and heirloom tomato. Along with a grilled treviso salad, smoky ricotta salata and pancetta-chive balsamic reduction duck crostini.
2020 Sage Cabernet Franc paired with seared marinated lamb shoulder chop, rosemary – lamb demi, toasted farro with bloomsdale spinach and toasted pecans.
2020 Hansen Cabernet Sauvignon paired with a grilled corncake, grilled prime beef tenderloin, smoked onion and parsley pesto compound butter and cherry reduction sauce.
Dessert:
2019 Kriel Cabernet Sauvignon paired with a dark chocolate and espresso creme brulee, fresh raspberry and blackberry embellish whipped coconut cream.
This is a 21+ event. All tickets will be held at will-call. This event is ASSIGNED SEATING and you may be seated at tables with people not in your group.
