Summer Wine Blending Party

Guided by our expert wine-making staff, you’ll taste, evaluate, and blend several selected varietals to create your own signature bottle of wine.

Be prepared for a fun and educational night which includes the blending experience, your signature bottle of wine to take home, appetizers, and dessert.

This event always sells out fast so don’t delay in purchasing your tickets.

MENU

At each table:

• Individual Charcuterie plates: crackers I  Bread  I  Assorted Cheeses  I  Olives  I Dried Fruit

Passed Appetizers:

• Wagyu Slider: Caramelized Onion I  Spread  I  Muenster Cheese
• Fried Ravioli: Ricotta Ravioli  I  Basil Marinara
• Mediterranean Kabob: Chicken I Bell Pepper I Onion  I  Mushroom  I  Chimichurri

Dessert:

• Assorted cupcakes or individual mini bunt cakes

This is a 21+ event. All tickets will be held at will-call. This event is ASSIGNED SEATING at tables of 4 & 6. If you would like to be seated with another party (max. of 6 to a table) or have any dietary restrictions, please email Amanda at customerservice@wienscellars.com with the the other party’s name and/or dietary restrictions.

No refunds for cancellations will be given within 7 days of event.
