2008 Pinot Noir

Starting with a floral & spicy bouquet that blossoms fragrances of strawberry and cherry, our 2008 Pinot Noir is abundantly flavored yet polite and pleasant. Serves well with lighter cheese platters, mushrooms, wild rice, and lean meats.

Winemaker Notes
Our 2008 Pinot Noir was harvested about 2 weeks later than usual resulting in full ripe flavors and richness. Merlot was added to the final batch for stability and depth, and a bit of Viognier for aromatic fruity/floral top notes.
