Can we rent the facility for a ceremony only?

Yes, we do allow ceremony only events. Please call for pricing.

What is included in the reception price?

With the cost of your reception you will receive:

  • Use of our Event Pavilion, Outdoor Patio, or Barrel Room for up to 5 Hours
  • Guest seating for up to 300 guests (200 if indoors)
  • Tables and Chairs
  • Linen Tablecloths and Napkins
  • China, Glass and Flatware
  • Wedding Cake Table or Barrel
  • Cake Cutting
  • Set up and Clean up
  • Hurricane Candle Centerpieces and Votive Candles on Guest Tables
  • Banquet Captain
  • Event Coordinator and Staff

Do you have minimums?

Yes, the minimum is 40 guests.

Do you offer Children's Pricing?

Yes, children under 12 years old can order off the children's menu.

Is there a site rental fee?

No. Site rental is included in your pricing.

Is there a cake cutting fee?

No. Cake cutting is included in your reception pricing.

Where will the ceremony be held?

The ceremony will be held in our open-air amphitheater overlooking the vineyards.

How much time do I have for my event?

You have total of (5) hours for your event. A typical scenario might be:

  • 5:00 Ceremony
  • 5:30 Appetizer Hour
  • 6:30 Dinner is Served
  • 10:00 Event Ends
Can I use your facilities for photography?

Absolutely! All booked couples can utilize our facility for engagement and day of wedding pictures. We do ask that you respect the tasting room hours of Monday – Sunday 10am – 5pm.

Can I purchase wine for my guest tables?

You can purchase bottles of wine by the case and serve them on your guest tables. Wine selections must be made a month prior and are based on availability. We also have additional bar packages including our wines, domestic beer and local microbrews, soft drinks and water.

When do I have to give you a guaranteed number of attendees?

We require your final guest count (14) business days prior to your event.

Can you assist us with place cards, chair covers, dramatic lighting, etc?

Yes! We have wine cork place card holders available for use. We would be delighted to assist you in any additional rentals or decor needs for your event. It is our goal to give you the wedding you've always dreamed of.
