Swirls of rose petal and charred oak entice the senses while gently flowing into a seductively lush core of brown spice, tamarind, and strawberry. Typical of the variety, notes of earth and invitingly supple tannins lengthen the finish.
The 2014 vintage shows incredibly unique character. Originally from the Rioja region of Spain, this grape classically shows red fruit with notes of smoke and leather. Our 2014 is not exception, showing this varieties potential of being unlike anything else, while still being fun and approachable.
