Dinner, Grilling, and Cooking Class

6pm – 9pm

Chef Giuseppe of Ravioli’s will give a presentation on grilling techniques followed by dinner. Wiens wine will be paired with the meal and guests will enjoy live music as a part of the festivities.

• Spidini di Manzo (Herbed Italian Beef Skewers)
• Chicken Genovese (Grilled & Marinated with Pesto)
• Homemade Chicken Pesto Sausage
• Grilled Tiger Prawns with Herbed Vinaigrette
• Crusty Grilled Tomato Bruschetta
• Grilled Eggplant Rollatini with fresh Marinara
• Grilled Seasonal Fruit
